I would love to be able to play some of the older PC titles like Fallout on the DS... if Quake can be ported and runs OK, then surely something like Fallout would perform equally well, if not better?

Does anyone know if this is achievable with current homebrew emus, or if it would be possible to develop this kind of emu?

Why don't you get started developing the game

I'm sure it's possible - you just need to get a developer motivated to do it.

Because I have zero programming experience...

Fallout on the DS would be unbelievable... unfortunately I slept on Fallout when it came out originally, and with all the fancy schmancy new stuff out these days (like Bioshock, which is brilliant btw) I find it hard to go back to the vintage lo-res stuff like Fallout...

But having it on the DS would be awesome - the graphics & res might be 'old skool' for PC, but would ROCK on DS I'm sure

PC EMU for the DS would be a no, It can't handle it.

A Fallout port for the DS would also be a no, since it aint open source.
So your best bet would be if you remade the game for DS.

Good Luck!
