a hex editor.

yacc is for decompressing cso's and compressing iso's
umdgen is for opening the iso's and playing with the content.
the hex editor is for deleting the header from the module PRX's on 6.20+ games
prxdecryptor is for decrypting the eboot
pspcypher is for decrypting the eboot
edecrypt is for decrypting the modules and patching the eboot.

i'll explain properly how to use them later.

*UPDATE*
edecrypt 1.4.0 that may eliminate the need for prxdecrypter/pspcypher

then install 5.50 prometheus and find that naruto shippuden - kizuna drive and most newer games dont work anymore because they wont run on 5.50 prometheus firmware.

no, doing it yourself is best - you know what you'v got and you dont need to wait for other people.

Pretty much the reason I switched back to 5.03 GEN-C.
