It does say in the pastebin to run it twice to get devmenu/etc. working. Did you have it written differently the second time you tried?

The first time i tried it i seem to have done the code wrong, 2nd time after i changed and recompiled it worked as i assume it should.
And i think the "run twice etc thing" is just to be able to install devmenu via FBI, i may be reading it wrong though.

I think I can adapt it to a New 3DS. Just a matter of time.

Not exactly, because there is a new encryption puzzle on the New 3DS.

this is only temporary, but here is a CFW loader that will let you boot the CFW for O3DS 9.2 , 8.1 and 4.5 (adapted from ARM9 menu) Shadowtrance can you try it please, since i don't have any way to run it at the moment ^^''

Yes and no (9.6 actually), but we just have to focus on the global N3DS one, not the 9.3, 9.5 or 9.6 ones.
