Homebrew PastaCFW on 10.2.0-28

Hello!
I want to use .CIA archives on my 3ds through ninjhax, but when i launch the PastaCFW they freeze and a can't use.

Is there anything I can do?
The ninjhax version i: 2.1

Short answer: Nope, you can't use CFW on 10.x.

Long answer: you got to wait till there's a kernel exploit found on your firmware and wait for the CFW's to be updated.
Otherwise, get a 9.2 or lower 3DS, then CFW will work.
