ROM Hack Password Extraction from Bin

Hey Guy´s i Have the yu-gi-oh-saikyou-card-battle game Extracted.
In the Romfs older are Password and Gift Files. in .bin Format

How can i Extract the Passwords from the Bin files?

Maybe look at it with a hex editor? That's all that I can think of

Look on YouTube how to use it. I'm pretty sure that you can't do this any other way (except for maybe extracting text..... If it shows up as a model that is....)
