Gaming Partial folders on MSN?

I want to open Partial folders but I says in dutch that I can't use it.
But I don't know why !
Can anyone help?

The shared folder is not writeable. Try it again in a few minutes.
(I'm guessing you would translate it like that because dutch is a lil' bit like german)

Seems like a Firewall or something is blocking you.

Try to uninstall msn, delete the sharing folders, use cc cleaner (or something), and reinstall msn...

sorry for double post, I deleted the dutch version with all folders and I installed the Japanese version and itworks,
