For what? A new Paper Mario was announced for the 3DS. No one will probably even attempt this because they know a new one will come out.

taking an existing paper mario and porting it to ds? which is more or less impossible.

or someone building a homebrew paper mario? which is possible but if noone did it till now, noone is going to do it
