At http://opendorapandora.org/ is seems that the new handheld will be available for pre order this august. The description in the forums make it seem it will look a bit like the gameboy ds but with more advanced controlslike 2 joysticks) and a faster processor400MHZ) and some other changeslike better 3d hardware and screens). They seem to mention a price of $199 dollars. It appears to be open source and might have commercial games developed for it.

Seriously, you have sticks (like PSP has one) You have Big wide screen (like PSP) it has laptop desing and touchscreen (like DS).

It would be amazing To see one, but it has pretty monsterous size aswell - N64 games with you where you go would be nice, tough, if it can be managed.

You know, I'm surprised that this thing didn't get shut down. It's sole purpose is pretty much to play N64, SNES, Playstation, etc. ROMs. I expected Nintendo and Sony to go ape shit on this console.

Anyways, it has a lot of potential right now and I want to see just how powerful it is and how much support it will have from the community. I want to play FF7 and N64 games on this, for sure.
