I am going to be using a Kingston 2GB MicroSD (that i was using on M3 Real) so for best performance i thought i would format it...

What "Format Type" should i use

    QUICK
    FULL (ERASE OFF)
    FULL (ERASE ON)

Format Size Adjustment should that be ON or OFF

    Thanks

It doesn't really matter. Normally, "quick" should work fine. If the SD has been damaged in any way (file system broken or something) you might need to use "full (erase off)". When you want to sell your SD-card and it has information on it that you don't want to share, use "full (erase on)".
