PS1/2 Pal to Ntsc for PS2

Ok, so i got singstar rocks from the store and went looking online for some more. unfortunetely the only other games they have for it are of PAL region. Now normally this would not be a problem as my swap magic 3 discs have the region selector built into the boot screen. But unfortunetely i can see the screen the positioning is off a great degree even after adjusting in-game. The biggest problem however is that the video, music, and lyric prompt do not match up in time. As I'm sure you realize this renders all 4 games completely unplayable. I just recently tried using the ps2 pal to ntsc patcher w/ v-fix and while it does fix the screen positioning slightly more that i could have normally the music is still off. Most Pal games i've imported have not had this problem.
So.. does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? besides buying a multi-region tv?
