Hacking Pal gamecube game with gcloader and neogamma

i tried many different settings but I usually get a black screen
once I got agreen screen and another time got black and white
what settings do i need for neogamma and/or gcloader
to play a PAL gamecube or wii game on my ntsc wii?
the game is batatlion wars
DO NOT GIVE ME THE BUY/DOWNLOAD THE NTSC VERSION ANSWER
IF THERE IS NOT SOLUTION EXCEPT TO BUY A PAL WII
PLEASE SAY THAT INSTEAD

If your TV is new enough you could just get component cables.
