I did the pagefile move thing. I restart find that pagesys is still there. I goto disk management and it says my d drive has it but c drive doesnt

If you moved your pagefile to a different drive (disabled it on your C drive) then that's the screen you're supposed to see.
It means that the pagefile is active on a different drive.
