Out of the loop USB loader questions.

I posted this in the edge of the forum because I know this has to be asked alot so this will not count towards my post count.

I have older files needed to run the older usbloader code but what I was wondering what new files or what ever do I need to install to become up to date? Also which usbloader is the best to use? Which WBFS program is the best? Basically what do I need to run all the games on usbloader?

Sorry I have read over a few threads but I thought it would be alot quicker if someone could summarize the newest programs/files for me in one post if you dont mind.

Thank you for your time and I know some people might be upset for me asking but I don't have that much time to read through alot of posts to find the info at the moment if you don't mind explaining.
