Out of a 365.2422 Day Year, the Day is 24 Hours, 86400 Seconds

I want to use this question to figure out how long the sidereal day is using normal calculations and circumstances with the year as 365.25 days as reflected by our Julian calendar without affecting the length of the solar day as well as the precession rate, meaning the sidereal year is still 20 minutes longer than the tropical year. I often came out with inconsistent numbers. I don't know how many to use. Discuss.
