Homebrew OTP QR Code for <3.0

I seem to recall having seen a QR code for Cubic Ninja for 3ds systems <3.0 that don't have a browser, does anyone have a link?

And, does it launch the OTPHelper arm9.bin or does it have it's own payload to load?
Also is it possible to run on <3 with the .nds file or is that just for users on 4.x?

I knew ninjhax didn't work but I could have sworn there was a direct launcher, thanks though.

There was somewhere. I can't find it now. I know I used it. There was also a payload to do a nand backup even from firmware 1.1 as well with ninjhax. I will have a look
