So what can we do with this? Is it as useful as the 3DS's OTP is?
It contains encryption keys, which can be used for decryption, as well as some other unique per-console data. However, this proves that IOSU kernel access has been achieved and something has been done with it.
 
Yup, it's safe and works fine.

I do not want to sound like a selfish entitled pirate, i'm just curious so here i go, since this could be for decryprion, would it lead to title installing in a future?
