Hey there. I'm so curious. Who made devmenu? Nintendo right?
For what purpose did they made it? Who did "steal" their app and other SDK apps like SaveDataFiler ConFig etc.
I'm so curious!

Big Blue Box leaked the SDK Dev Kit tools. I made a tutorial on how to install them onto a retail 3DS. They were made obviously for the Development 3DSs, but I think Big Blue Menu is a better version of Dev Menu.

The SDK dev kit tools were leaked long before there was a public way to install cia files (AKA a way to launch dev menu released in public)

Really? :O
I honestly thought Title Manager (BBM) was slightly better!
Must be a tradition, or something... :/

It's really just a repackaged DevMenu, they changed "CTR DevMenu" to "Title Manager" in the app, gave it a new icon and banner and that's BBM.

I agree, the originaL DevMenu is better, i guess it just seems better to have a Nintendo application that wasnt ment to be used by the public!

Nope, BBM is an updated version of DevMenu.
From BBM nfo:
----
Release Notes:
well heres a menu to manage all your CIA files
you can just use the .3DS file to run and install or
install the .cia to your console so its always there
mucher newer than the old DevMenu version everyones using
Enjoy as Always
----
If you check the app version (top screen), the build number is higher.
BBB is obviously GW, btw.

There are multiple versions of DevMenu. BBM is simply based on a newer version.
