i understand that you dont give official tech support for the shoptemp website but i noticed from some of the post that you do have contact with them. i opened a trouble ticket with them due to missing items. (ticket #829379) This was about a week ago and ive yet to get a response other than the automated e-mail. any ideas what i can do or perhaps is there something going on at the moment preventing them from doing anything?
