Gaming Opinions on my Pokemon team

Hey all. Me and a load of my mates have reset our Pokemon Heart Gold games and we are now going through the game building a team for a bit sort of battle off thing just for a laugh... I was looking for a bunch of open opinions because it's been a little while since I played competitively and my mind has gone blank... So here is what I came up with

Machamp (Physical attacker / No guard dynamicpuncher

I had my mind on special sweepers such as Gengar and Jolteon for my 6th position...But I'm not too sure what to pick =s

Any opinions on how I could play this team or other pokemon choices would be very Appreciated

EDIT: Changed venusaur to gengar and added Movesets, EV's, Natures and items

Just 1 special attacker?
Entire team is based on Physical attackers..
Skarmory would cause you problems and set up a few layer of spikes

Swap Blissey with Chansey and give it an evolite to hold with max Def and SDef (it's a waste giving either of them HP EVs for reasons I can't be bothered explaining)

Use Dragon Dance and Dragon Claw on Dragonite, Dance is more useful than Fpunch and outrage is best for Choice users*

For Gengar Pain spilt is better than Hidden Power Fire / Explosion

*the way I use it which is for end game sweeping

Will change Dragonites outrage for dragon claw... The only reason dance isn't there is because I thought the stat increases could be done with Ninjask + baton pass for more coverage on dragonites moves e.g Fire Punch / Flamethrower to help handle any threats like skarmory maybe? Or is that a risky strategy?

Also with the evolite thing... Isn't that a generation V item? Because this is heartgold =[
