So I'm trying to use Fix94's nnu patcher to system transfer from my 5.5 console to my 5.3.2 console. Problem is after applying the patch I can't open ANY apps (besides eshop) without my console freezing.

Would it be possible to force open the home menu inside of System Settings with TCPGecko or something similar?

You need to add the proper SYS Call tables. Golden45 gives a really good description on what you need to do on this thread.

Into the Kernel exploit. You have to map the sys_call tables, and than mark them as read/write.

Well, it should allow you to access TCPGecko from the Home Menu which is what your thread title asked.

Oh, man I should've titled that better lmao. What I was asking if I could somehow patch system settings to allow me to open the home menu from inside it (which would allow me to open the browser/nnu patch from inside it).
