Hacking Opening Fire Emblem 7 GBA inject leads to error screen

At Act 3, I deliberately exited the game after I lost Florina to one of the axe wielders. After that, I have been unable to enter the game due to it leaving an error message when attempting to open. Additionally, it now takes ages for the 3DS to boot up. Is there a way I can fix this problem?

I am using a N3DSXL with newest Luma and system update, fyi. Haven’t tried any other games because FE7 is the one I am most focused on atm.
