ok first of all, I really love the idea. I have now 2 different payloads, one where there is no scaling done ie. it plays games in 'pixelperfect' resolution from this post and another payload which has a save type detection built in from this post.

Now in this example I have used TMNT, and I was able to get it to save using the save type detection version. BUT, how can I now play TMNT in 'pixelperfect' mode while also being able to save? Because if I create a save file with the 'save type detection' payload, it still doesn't recognize it in the 'pixelperfect' payload.
You mean this?

Does anyone have trouble with Mario & Luigi - Superstar Saga (Europe) saving? I'm using the build that @stranno posted earlier, but it doesn't seem to recognize my save.

I finally gave this a try and i noticed it doesn't recognise .GBA files (as in.. upercase extension)
I tried renaming but it doesn't seem to work. Any ideas? what can i do?
Not that it really matters since the games i can only run with this have the right extension (digimon fighting games and mother 3), but i'd like to be able to open all of them if there's an easy fix. Thanks

Rename them them to something other than .gba first and then back to .gba. I think most file managers won't do anything if the name is the same but different case.

Two post above I posted the latest HTV04 branch (save type database + gamma boost) and 1:1 resolution.

Hi Stranno,
Do you have by any chance a compiled version with HTV04 commits but normal scaling 1.5x (I mean not the pixel perfect one) you could upload ?
The femto link is dead.
Many thanks

@K3Nv2 Snow Day is pretty fun. My only bitch would be the camera controls, when you move around, say down, you have to move the right stick left or right to get camera to turn and get your view, other than that I like it so far.

From what people say pvp isn't even worth it
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
I just been playing offline, and they give you a few bots here n there on your team to help battle. I don't think it's as funny as the other games tho, more battle oriented than humor, which kinda sucks, but I'm still early in it
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@BigOnYa, doesnt the game have a campaign mode?
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea, and co-op, but you can also start a pvp session and battle just with friends. You get special skill cards (powers) the more you play. And higher value cards, but you can only enable so many cards at a time.

Toilet paper is considered the money, you collect and buy stuff with TP, kinda funny. Graphics are def better than the other games tho, I think they used Unity 5 engine.

I bet most people at the time still watched it in black and white
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, Many of them did before colour television was common.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Likely because black and white TV was in-expensive.

  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
It certainly wasn't inexpensive it cost the same as a new car back then
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
How much did a 1965 color TV cost?

For example, a 21-inch (diagonal) GE color television in 1965 had an advertised price of $499, which is equal to $4,724 in today's dollars, according to the federal government's inflation calculator.

  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@K3Nv2, take into consideration how economy was back then
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Yeah that's why they listed inflation rates
