Gaming Open world games?

Been playing Fallout: NV a lot, and I'm wondering... Are there any games like it for the DS? A good example would be GTA: Chinatown Wars, but I have that already.

So maybe one that's not really linear, has a decently big world to explore, and maybe RPG elements.

animal crossing is somewhat open.

What about that game 'Cop: The Recruit' which is sort of like a GTA clone?

I never played it but I hear it kinda sucks, lol...

The Legend of Zelda games could sort of be considered open world? But you have to do stuff in order if you want to progress.

Oh and the Spiderman games are sort of open-world too, I think? But again, progression is linear...
