Homebrew Oothax question

Good day everyone. Im using oothax and I'm basically trying to get Cfw and everything doesn't seem to be working. Ive tried running udsploit and and it just gives me errors. I am on firmware 11.6, and I CANNOT get a flashcard due to personal reasons. Is there a way BESIDES NTRBOOT?(sorry if you think I'm stupid. I'm completely new to this.)

No there is not, there is a way with a second already cfw system. But oothax does not have the kernal expoit needed to cfw.

Wow that really sucks. There isn't even a way to get 3ds games?

3ds games requires a flashcart, or cfw to install the files needed to play the games

I mean... there's NTRboothax, so... You could do that.

ntrboot would be the safest and cheapest way to do it.
hardmod would be your alternative.
there's also dsiware if you have access to another 3ds w/ cfw.
