Me being absolutely stupid deleted all of my cfw file by uninstalling through GodMode9 and completely wrecked my cfw so i guess what im trying to say is is it possible in any way to install a cia on ofw because i am planning to downgrade with the system update/downgrade app for homebrew and want to install sound hax cuz its so much easier :I i am running 11.8.0-41U

Update to 11.9. Assuming your console is from US region, this is as easy as it can be at the moment if you don't have an ntrboot compatible flashcart:

Don't downgrade. Downgrading is

• Unnecessary because the *miner exploits exist for the latest firmware.
  
• Potentially dangerous.
• Impossible on 11.8 unless you already have full cfw (in this case downgrading is even more unnecessary).

Ensure your DS-mode is working before trying any *miner -- The Fredminer guide also tells you to do this.

No, that's the entire point of CFW.

You can't, they patched downgrading on 11.4.

Fredminer looks promising, although I haven't done it.

I was Messing Around on Gm9 and I might've pressed something called "extract cert code" on my title.db and my import.db so maybe it screwed the settings up for some kind of home screen function I really dunno
but luckily have used frogminer 11.9 or whatever its called can't remember and got luma back on my 2ds Thanks though

1) Those files have nothing to do with the home screen or uninstalling CFW.
2) That command has nothing to do with the home screen or uninstalling CFW.
