Well they just announced a release date of July 29 for PS4 and 3DS only.
I have done some research, it appears the game isn't getting a US release for the 3DS and the same may be true for the ps4. Also the game was originally created using the 4.7. The switch version supposedly they started working apparently only a short while ago and will being using the finale version of unreal 4. I do not see the switch version being released anytime soon. Maybe 6 months to a year optimistic estimate.

@K3Nv2 I did that using Citra for 3DS games. Bottom screen was my smartphone. Until I got the touch screen.
