Hacking Online risks??

Either Im blind or i cant find this anywhere, are there anything to look out for when hacking the vita something along the lines of 3DS (spotpass/multiplayer) that would possibly ban the account??

To confirm above, there’s little-to-no risk..

Best practice would still however be to use a dummy PlayStation account for PSN access; there’s very little benefit these days to actually using your really PlayStation account when you consider the potential risk of an account ban, given crossover with PS3/PS4 game ownership..

I had a game take forever to load, and when it did I got a warning that piracy is illegal. Don't remember which though. must have been a developer thing cause my dummy account still works.
