how do you change you're skins?

go to ndsthemes.com download the dstt themes

And put them into the default folder

Does work, and you do have that default folder he's talking about.
Whenever you put in your micro sd card in your computer (however you do it, I don't care)
For example, your card is called N on the my computer.
Double click 'N' Now you're in the default folder, also known as the 'root' folder.

ummm mine is not a DSTT clone it's an R4 clone o.o

^ It's quite a big chance yours IS a dstt clone, not r4.
The name r4 was chosen because it was one of the first extremely noob friendly flash-cart.
It would sell really well under the people who're not really in the flash-cart community and don't research before buying something :/
It might be based off the dstt, I'm not sure though, ask google...
Or some random r4 clone expert

OOOh i see a default folder which is inside the skin folder which is inside the TTmenu folder.

I told you, the default folder = root.
Open your micro sd thingy from the my computer screen.
You're IN THE DEFAULT FOLDER NOW.
As in, you don't have to open anything at all. Except the micro sd.
It's like opening your folder from a for example your

\ drive
