Old Psone Games [Cant Remember the Name]

Ok i use to play this game when i was a littel kids.... and now my memories are a little bit screw so i don't... remember the name....

Game play:
You Control A Dog inside his Robot.... Going around the world to catch some weirdo Pirate Cats

...
I remember the boss was 3 cats twins flying a air ship or someting... trowing bombs around you...

Uhmm the games was a kinda action/rpg... and the cut scene was in anime...

The games story was about a dog collecting weirdo ... crystal i think... (Like the crystal in Final Fantasy kinda...)
The story tell that the Crystal Activate a big gigantic... Robot....

I remember only one side quest missions that's you need to rescue a captain in a air ship...
Catching all the weirdo cats.. inside the air ship
