Hacking Old 3ds 8.1

Hello to all. I need some guidance.I came across one of the kids old original 3ds systems and its on version 8.1.0-9U. I went to follow the 3ds guide and to use soundhax to put cfw on it. The problem is I cant download the mp4 file on any browser I try to use. It basically opens a page with a player and thats it. What would be the best route for me take this thing? Any help would be awesome! Thanks

Right-click. Hit Save As.
