This is´t respectful with the persons that talk spanish and portuguese in the world. Please be more respectful and i understand that this is forum in english and they have to speak English but is´t necessary to offend. Thank you!
Perhaps you're misunderstanding the slang.
"La misma mierda con distinto olor" isn't meant to be "unrespectful", but to signal that it is actually same old shit... Hmmm... I think in Spain they say "el mismo perro con distinto collar", same meaning.
They are very interintelligible languages, and you also may know it.
Castillian is close to Galician, that is close to Portuguese.
And the matter goes even further with Argentine Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
They are so close (at least in my eyes), that when you see written BR-POR it looks like AR-ESP with slight grammatic and ortographic mistakes. And when you listen to it, it sounds like AR-ESP with a strong accent, kind of. That was the point.

p.s.
@sarkwalvein ,did u just salute his mother in spanish? and do you really expect a brasiliano would listen to an argentino?
Nope, not at all.
I guess that got lost in translation (due to Italian perhaps not being as close to Spanish), but I am sure a Brazilian would understand that.
"la puta madre" translates literally "the whore mother" (
the, not
his); but that would be a literal translation, not the actual meaning.
The actual meaning of the idiom "la puta madre" is
"for fuck's sake".
I hope I cleared your misunderstanding of that (I think) standard Spanish idiom (but perhaps that is an Argentine idiom? no idea)
PS: Actually, "puta madre" must be the idiom with the most different meanings in Spanish, so it depends a lot on context, as I said above in that context it means "for fuck's sake", but in other context something could be "de puta madre", and that means it is awesome, or it can be just an interjection expressing surprise, e.g. when you win the lottery you may very well scream "la puta madre, me gané la lotería!", or for example when something is unexpectedly good/delicious you could well say "la puta madre, está buenísimo!", etc. (many meanings missing in this description)
