You boot your wii into the HBC, run Wad Manager, and reinstall your System Menu (Same Version)

QUOTE(Tonitonichopchop @ Feb 10 2010, 03:39 PM) Do you have bootmii backup?
no....

Boot bootmii, start HBC and install your system menu.
You can download it using NUS (I think that after reinstalling it you will have to reinstall also priiloader)
Or you can download it directly on the wii using dop-ios

Here you go dop-iosmod

reinstalling the system menu would fix it, but using mymenuify to reinstall the original .app file for your firmware and region will also fix the problem (this is the same way you revert back to the original wiimenu theme). And presumably he already has the .app file because he made a csm with it.

Not to mention that this is actually faster, and less risky than reinstalling the whole system menu

for a list of .app files and how to get the right one for your wii see this site

EDIT: also, this solution will not remove priiloader (if its installed) and reinstalling the entire system menu will remove priiloader... so fixing it using mymenuify is even MORE safer for that reason

A little bit of searching youself won't kill you, you know:P

yes i know, but i really need answers fast. but thanks anyway!

Don't panic:) just run bootmii, launch dop-ios MOD, use ios 36(if it's vulnerable, otherwise patch it) install sys menu

If you install 4.1 (re)install ios 60 first(won't loose softmod, will patch on the fly), better not update to sys menu 4.2

Dop-IOS kept on having errors on the download for the system menu.
How come that keeps on happening?! Please, more help! THANKS!

I know, it does that sometimes.. just retry(don't forget to install ios 60 if you havent allready)

Did you try what xflak40 said? looks like he got some experience with mymenuify

EDIT:
You can also do a offline (re)install of the sys menu, download NUSD and pack the sys menu into wad(HOWTO). put WAD on the SD:/wads and select 'sd install' in DOP-IOS

EDIT2:
use wise advise below:)
