Hardware og 3ds r button stuck

Hi guys my 3ds thinks the R button is been held down all the time. I even disconnected the R button ribbon cable and the 3ds still thinks it's been held down. Any advice?

With the motherboard disconnected from everything else, clean the R-shoulder connection point with a toothbrush dipped in isoproypl rubbing alcohol (91% concentration). Use a hair dryer on low heat & low fan speed settings to quickly dry off any residue. Consider replacing the shoulder flex cable anyway.
