im getting an error when i try to try offline henkaku after having installed the VPK for this offline launcher.
What could be the prob?

Just like the web browser-based exploit, you may need to try again several times, restarting the console completely if necessary.

Same here. While the online HENkaku works almost always the first time for me, I never got the offline version to work. I gave up after 3 reinstalls, hopefully a more stable version will be available in the future.

first you need to have an email account on the psvita email app and then install the offline installer duh...

That is false, as you don't need an existing account at all for it to work.

yeah unstable for me, i never got it to work.
i hope it gets improved.

It's interesting that though, since my Vita and PSTV has no issues. However, the online browser has more successful boots than the offline method, yet 3/5 most times using the offline Email at best. Wonder if it's console/SD card related?

possibly region/langauge....? that's all i can think of. for me, jpn vita jpn language.
