Hacking Offline downgrade

1. Install Homebrew Channel with twilight hack or use the disc if you have a chip.
2. Load up WAD manager and install , IOS16-64-v257-prod.wad
3. Load up Custom Wad Manager and install cIOS_fix.wad
4. Load up Wad manager again and install these in order


IOS17-64-v512.wad
IOS20-64-v12.wad
IOS21-64-v514.wad
IOS31-64-v1040.wad
IOS33-64-v1040.wad
IOS34-64-v1039.wad
IOS35-64-v1040.wad
IOS36-64-v1042.wad

5. While still in Wad Manager install these files in the following order


IOS30-64-v1040.wad
SystemMenu-v289.wad (for NTSC)


I'm just looking for some help guys....... If you could please give me some I'd appreciate it. I'm going to attempt this if I don't hear otherwise, and this is on my brother's kids' wii, so I'd prefer not to mess it up.. Thanks in advance

What I am looking for is the easiest way to do an IOS downgrade, a cIOS downgrade, a cIOS install (with the latest version), an install for wiigator backup launcher, and install a backup launcher channel.

I have googled until my eyes bled, and I can't find a "idiot's guide" to do this without an internet connection. There are plenty WITH an internet connection, but nothing "without". At least, nothing that seems up-to-date.

If ANYONE could please put me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it. PLEASE... someone who me up with a tutorial. I can find the files (if I have to) but please, if there is an easier way, or a more correct way.... or if there is more necessary, to do what it is that I am trying to do...
