Anyways, I was thinking of picking up Army of Two today, although I'm still undecided, still no reviews popped up.

It weights quite a lot more. The Battery is 10x stronger, comes in white/black/silver ( About same battery life as Sixaxis )
A Little weaker than DS2 Rumble but is still very great.

I have 2 questions to ask.

I want a DS3 controller because of the rubble and everything, I live in Australia aswell, so i went down to my local EB games and inquired about it. I asked the guy at the counter 'When are they coming to Australia'. The guy told me never and he then instead told me to buy a X360 because there better.

I was stunned at what he said, and i said as nicely as i could 'No thanks im happy with my PS3 now would you mind elaborating on the DS3 situation in Australia" he says, Sony is bankrupt in Australia and wont be bringing them here but i still think you should ditch the PS3 for an X360 they are better. At this point i just wanted to yell at the guy. He then said i could buy them online and import them, but they wont work. Im like oh okay thanks, with the biggest fake smile i could put on and then i walked out.

So i pose these two questions.

Im not bashing the X360 here, but shouldnt a person that works in a EB games not be biased towards towards the X360 and continously tell you that X360 is better than the PS3 when a customer walks in inquiring about the PS3 and not the X360 regardless of which console he thinks is better. I mean if i wanted a X360 i would have asked, but he kept telling me the X360 is better. His ignorance pissed me off the most. Anyways i thought it was wrong what he was doing by not answering the question to my satisfaction and telling me to get a X360 just because i own a PS3.

But my second question. I went on playasia and noticed they have DS3 controllers there. I want to get this one here now would this work with my Australia 60gb PS3? I was told they have differant frequencies or something.

so this is noobish but I take it that this is better than the controller the PS3 comes with right? but how so? is it worth investing in? does the controller that comes with the PS3 have rumble?

No the Sixaxis controller ( Currently in the US, and Europe Regions ) do not have rumble. Yes, the DualShock 3 is A LOT better, imho.

And enigmaindex, If you get it from Play-Asia it will work. And Don't worry about the 360 fanboys on Gamestop/EB. Glad my Gamestop is cool with PS3 owners though. I'd hate to have to deal with bastards like those. I wouldn't get it from Play-Asia though just because it's so expensive with kinda slow shipping. I bought mine from eBay for $58 shipped and it came REALLY fast. 2 days in fact.

Also, I got a Mad Catz Thumpad for my DS3, a little uncomfortable, but it does wonders when posting stuff like this, I'll post some pics when I get to a computer

Agreed. If you love FPS's this is a must. Both the singleplayer and mulitplayer are epic. I still play the multiplayer everyday.

Well when I wasn,t so busy I did too. We sould make a clan, or do you have one?. IMO Uncharted seems great, but CoD4 has a lot more replayability on it.

Oh, I forgot to add that that just today I received my copy of The Eye of Judgment, Amazon had it on sale for 46USD with free shipping ans yeah, it includes the Playstation Eye. Haven't cheched it yet as I lack the space to set up the playing mat in my room, how sad is that?

I also picked up Ninja Gaiden Sigma today for $70AUD down from $105AUD so yeah i'm happy.

I also must pick up Uncharted aswell, it really does look like a great game. I played the demo and enjoyed it.

I havent had the chance to play it yet with work and school. But i suggest you download the demo from the PSN and give that a go. Playing the demo wanted me to get the game, so yeah. Try the demo.

But once I do try the game, i'll post my thoughts on it here.
