OBS: 5 Second Delay?

I have started streaming and before I start using my mic I want to be able to setup a 5 or so second delay. How can I setup a delay like live TV has, if something happens that I want to mute I want to be able to do after it happened.

For example, if the dogs start barking I would want to mute the mic but not have the barking.

How can I set this up?
