Homebrew O3DS will not power on

I just remove to CIA file now O3DS will not power on.

How to fix this?

What is the key combo that can some times fix this issue?

I can send a image of SD card if needed.

I'm noticing that you only have a backup of arm9loaderhax on your sd. Go to the Luma3ds release page and download version 7.0.5 and extract the arm9loaderhax.bin file to your sd card.

by the looks of your SD card, you are still running A9LH, not B9S. Version 7.1 of luma supports B9S while version 7.0.5 supports A9LH

I'm really not sure. Typically this type of problem can be solved by downloading Luma, but from here on out, Luma3ds will no longer be supporting A9LH. I suggest updating to Boot9Strap.

You will need a few new things. A new fork of luma updater has been released which will allow users to update to 7.1
however, it will only work if you have Boot9Strap installed.

As of last night, A new hack was released for the 3ds called Boot9Strap / Sighax. It better than A9LH and allows for more customization as well as faster boot times. There are several ways to install Boot9Strap. (B9S)
Like i said earlier, it appears you are running A9LH. (Either V1 or V2)
To update from A9LH to B9S, follow this Guide to the letter!!!!

We don't know. If Nintendo *hasn't* patched the bootrom, yes. If they have, no.

No one knows for certain yet. The reason why we are able to hack the 2DS, 3ds, ect. is because of specific flaws in the system that all consoles share. We know nothing about how the new 2ds works and as such, it could be structured in a way that prohibits A9LH or maybe even B9S. However, because of the time it takes to make, ship, and sell n2ds, it is possible that the exploit for sighax has not been patched. Only time will tell.
