Hacking O3ds overclocking possible?

Could we not force the 3DS into "extended memory mode" for every game via an NTR plugin? Would the performance boost be negligible? Is it even possible?

Explainations as to why or why not preferred, simply replying "no" is unhelpful, and contributes nothing to the discussion.

Have you tried overclocking o3DS?

I actually got interested in this just now, this thread was made a while back.
Is it possible to overclock the O3DS?
Or is it simply not possible from a technical standpoint?

Someone did it with a hardmod but it's not advisable or practical.
There was a video but I can't find it.

At least people have looked into it, who knows, we eventually got 333mhz on the PSP!
