Hacking o3ds hardmod downgrade sd card copyright error

im attempting to flash my o3dsxl 11.4 i did the hardmod but i get a cant flash the patched firmware it gives me a sd card copyright error should i use another sd card

its a hardmod card with wires in it i dont think the tab is there


i dont know if it is the card error
might be a nand write error

You need to bridge the Wright lock...
