Also don't make another backup and when restoring restore that one.
Thank you for you help it's restored and now i have otp.bin.

steps:
1) 9.2.0 ctrtransfer (update to 11.2.0.35E);
2) Remove A9LH with a9lhinstaller;
3) 3DS Guide (From the start)..

everything is working perfect..

Yup. But, if you somehow get it uninstalled, you'll need to downgrade to 2.1 again to install it, instead of only opening SafeA9LHInstaller and clicking install.
You really don't even need it for that. SafeA9LHInstaller doesn't need the OTP because it generates it on the spot and uses it from that generated OTP. You could honestly delete your OTP at this point. It's just recommended to back it up.

You shouldn't loose your A9LH install. Every CFW (expect Gateway and FreeCFW from Supercard Team) have FIRM0/1 protection. Meaning they block Nintendo's updates for FIRM0/1. But even then, Nintendo can't update to remove A9LH because doing so will brick the system and brick non-hacked systems. This has been proven when users updated without FIRM0/1 (Gateway on sysNAND.)

So basically, once you've followed the guide and gotten everything setup and up to date. You are good to go. I would suggest doing regular backups of your sysNAND using Hourglass9/Decrypt9 and storing those in a safe place.
