Hacking O3ds 7.1 question

i need help with this.

i found a blue 03ds at 7.1 and i was just wondering before i buy it if i can simply downgrade it with the browser exploit or if i need a game like cubic ninja or OOT to do it.

I wouldnt need help downgrading it but i just need to confirm before i buy it.

...downgrade a 7.1 3DS? i'm assuming you want to downgrade to 4.x or upgrade to 9.2???

either way 7.1 is fully moddable as it is, there is no need to upgrade or downgrade to use CFW.

yeah.. i prefer 4.x. I would be using gateway.. if you tell me i can downgrade it its an instant buy for me since its the blue o3ds
