No one here know the conditions for a ban.
It's all speculation and so we can only go on common sense advice on what kinds of things are best to avoid doing.
For all we know it maybe based on how much actual real dollar you've spent on the e-shop as to whether N reckon you for their whitelist and thus wish to retain you for future potential purchases,
even if they spot you've accidentally used a banned cert game online.
