NUSspli installation failed - files corrupted error

I used a youtube guide to install the latest CFW on my Wii U using Tiramsu which seems to be working fine, once I loaded NUSspli on there and try downloading and installing files I get either a download failed files corrupted error or installation failed file corrupted. I have tried fixing but have no idea what I am doing, I am a noob at this.

Any help would be appreciated

Also be more specific when asking for help. Which version of Nusspli, were you dl to nand, sd or external hdd etc? Enough space on both of them etc? Take a screenshot of the errors etc.
