shift right click open command window here and type in java -jar NUSPacker.jar -in"inputDir"-out"outputDir"

You'll need a valid ticket to use it in sysnand without sig patches, but you can install the normal game then transfer the mod files from SD to USB using wupclient which will allow you to use it on sysnand without sig patches.

Can someone elaborate on this? How could I do this with Tokyo mirage restoration patch?

Are you in the right folder? and are you sure you are not making a spelling mistake or renamed the file by accident?
I redownloaded NUSPacker and pasted it over, works now strangely.

Now I get this when it actually runs:
Code:
Generating the FST.
The file "cross_f.dlf" is not assigned to any content (.app).
Please delete it or write a corresponding content rule

Is there a way for NUSPacker to generate a log?

Unfortunately when I use the GUI I get a completely different error.

Code:
NUSPacker 0.1 - alpha

Files read. Set it to content files.

Is there a similar tool to unpack .app files for creating Undubs and such and repack them after again ?

So i unpacked my English Dub Version of Xenoblade Chronicles X (EU) undubbed it with JP files and want to repack it back into .app files. Do i use the normal original Encryption Keys from Xenoblade or do i just use the default ones since it's gonna be FakeSigned anyway and will require SigPatches to play the game.

Deosn't matter. The default is normally fine
