Hacking NUS Servers 401?

Hey guys.
I have noticed that I can't download any TMD files from the NUS servers, they return 401.
Programs I have tried:
Internet Browser
NUS Downloader: Wii U version, with Common Key
NUSGrabber: it returns NUS (404): cetk) and OverflowException
Any way to fix this? Thanks!
