Hacking ntsc to pal60 video mode?

hello i have an ntsc game and an pal wii but an regular tv so the game is black and white my question was is there som patch to change the video mode???

will this work on an

regular tv 2 ??? and the game is an backup so i dont think geckoos can load backup's (non chipped wii) (or will it work in backuploader with the force stuff ????)

If you have a modchip yes. If not then no. But Wiigators backup loader is a modified GeckoOs and should be able to do the same stuff.
