Hacking NTSC or Pal

If a file doesnt say if its NTSC or Pal how can you tell what it is. A lot just say USA

wich file is it, please be specific on everthing you do in your entire life, don't be lazy and get short in words, were the only animal on earth able to comunicate with only a few muscles used for it...!!!

basically for your requirements

USA is NTSC
Europe is PAL

but bit more to it than that

any other is pal or jap

open the iso with regionfrii it will tell you
but it doesnt matter u can play pal games on ntsc
