Homebrew ntrboot help

hiya, does anybody know the specific length of time to hold down the power, start, select and X buttons? the on light turns on but then turns off, thanks

Old3dsXL, 3ds, and 2ds (all old3ds as a category) need a couple of seconds holding the power with all the other combo buttons held as well.

But I suspect the problem here is the you don't have boot.firm or ntrboot.firm (depending on the card) on the sd root. That is what could cause the power to shut off. Or an outdated luma3ds/B9S.

What zoogie said is right, the console turning off means ntrboot worked but it couldn't find boot.firm. If you're sure it is on your SD card, try checking your SD card for errors (https://3ds.guide/h2testw-(windows)) and/or trying a new SD card.
