In the luma3ds zip from the guide there is a folder called NTR and then something else and I believe the firmware for ntr is in there and then just replace it with the other one in the Luma folder @MsMidnight correct me if I'm wrong please thanks!

You are wrong. Aurora doesn't give the firms with it. It's in a separate archive
